About Coaching
What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Coaching is a confidential, professional relationship between an individual seeking to achieve certain goals (the client) and a person trained to assist her or him in taking positive, action-oriented steps toward those goals (the coach).
