What are you called to be and do? Are you tired of going through the motions and not really connecting with your passion? You were meant to be all you can be.
For 16 years George Howard and his team of coaches have helped leaders develop their skills, find their calling, find more balance, and achieve their goals through training programs and coaching.
A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), George coaches individuals and trains coaches across the United States and Africa. He co-authored and leads Coach Approach Skills Training (CAST), an approved training program of the ICF. He utilized the curriculum to train faculty and students at Africa University in Zimbabwe, with a goal of creating a leadership support network across the continent.
Coach Training
George and his team train coaches across the US, utilizing the CAST curriculum. This is offered in both online and in-person formats. See training for more information. George has also assisted leaders in developing a coaching culture within a region or organization. He also offers Mentor Coaching for those seeking certification by the ICF or just wanting to be better coaches. Individual Coaching
George helps people focus on priorities and build action plans to move forward, one priority at a time. Are you starting a new project or position, or in a transition, such as retirement or working from home, or helping a team become more effective? Coaching can help leaders discern the strategic directions that will unblock an entire effort, church or department to move it in a new direction.
Through a series of conversations, he can help you sort through your opportunities and challenges to focus on the strategic steps that can provide breakthroughs and move you to new levels. With his help, you can break down the components of your vision into manageable elements and move through obstacles to make progress toward your goals.
